About Me

Who 🙋🏾‍♂️

My name is Ismail Francillon, and I’m studying Finance at the John Molson School of Business. I’m an outgoing entrepreneur with a passion for helping others through highly relatable and accessible services. My raison d’être is to empower others by breaking down complex and ambiguous problems into bite-size, actionable and measurable solutions.

What I’m Working On 👨🏾‍💻

  1. 🏡 I’m a residential real estate broker operating in Montreal. I work with Groupe Sutton Performer Inc. & I can help with all things buying, selling or renting. See more about me here!.

  2. 🧠 I’m building a non-for-profit called Golden Rule. The Golden Rule hopes to help others discover and pursue their interests. Our goal is to hold two (2) workshops by the end of September 2021.

  3. 📨 I write a newsletter. Periodically, I share news and insights on real estate, learning material, and the Golden Rule. You can subscribe at the bottom of the page 👇🏾

  4. 🤖 I love MS Excel - it’s a weird addiction, idk why tbh. Thanks to Excel, I’ve made several automated systems such as investment calculators and GPA trackers. Now, my peers and I are working on integrating our Excel knowledge with Python to quickly iterate our long and annoying manual inputs. Also, I built a mini-course on Excel here.
